How to Connect to Our WotLK Server

Before logging into the game, you must create an account. Your account allows access to both the website and the game server. Make sure to remember your username and password.

Ensure you have a World of Warcraft client installed. You must use the correct version for Wrath of the Lich King (3.3.5). If your client is older or newer, update or patch it to match the required version. Only the correct patch will allow you to connect.

Find the folder where World of Warcraft is installed on your computer. The default location is typically:

C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft
        

Inside this folder, open the Data folder. Then, open the folder corresponding to your client language, usually enUS or enGB.

In the language folder, locate the file realmlist.wtf. Open it with a text editor such as Notepad. If double-clicking doesn’t work, right-click the file, choose “Open With,” and select your text editor.

Remove all existing content in the file and replace it with the following line:

set realmlist play.wowclassic.nl
        

Save the file and close the text editor. Your client is now configured to connect to our server.

Open your World of Warcraft client and log in using your account credentials. You should now see our server in the realm list. Select it and start your adventure!
